Roof replacement in southwest Missouri.
A full tear-off, priced on a written scope, from a company that runs the same crews and the same warranty in Missouri that it does in Oklahoma.
Get My Free Roof InspectionA roof replacement is a tear-off down to the decking, not new shingles layered over the old ones. That means removing everything, inspecting and replacing the decking underneath, then rebuilding the whole assembly - drip edge, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and shingles - as one system.
The part homeowners never see is the part that decides whether the roof lasts. We photograph the decking once the old roof is off, and if boards need replacing we show you the picture before we do it, not on the invoice afterward.
What drives your price
- Roof surface area and pitch
- Number of existing layers to tear off and haul away
- Condition of the decking underneath
- Material class: standard architectural, impact-resistant, or metal
- Whether it is an insurance claim or a retail replacement
We quote it on a written scope for your roof, not a number over the phone.

What is included, line by line

Drip edge and flashing
New metal at the eaves and rakes, new flashing at every wall, valley and penetration.
Synthetic underlayment
The secondary water barrier that keeps wind-driven rain out if a shingle lifts.
Ventilation
Intake and ridge ventilation sized to the attic.
Cleanup
Magnet sweep of the yard and driveway when the crew is done.
Ask before you sign with anyone
Springfield and the I-44 corridor see the same out-of-town storm crews that Oklahoma does. Ask for a contractor licence number and check it, and ask who answers the warranty call in five years - not just this spring.

Common questions
What is included in a roof replacement?
A complete replacement is a full tear-off down to the decking, not a layer over what is already there: any rotten or damaged decking gets replaced, then new drip edge, synthetic underlayment, pipe boots and flashing, ridge and intake ventilation where it is needed, and the shingles themselves, with a full cleanup when the crew leaves. A bid missing several of those line items is not cheaper - it is smaller.
How much does a roof replacement cost?
It is priced on a written scope for your actual roof - area, pitch, how many layers come off, how much decking needs replacing, and the material class - not a phone quote or a range that changes later. Insurance replacements and retail replacements also price differently. You get the real number on the inspection.
You are based in Oklahoma. Is this a real Missouri crew?
Yes. Missouri is one of our two home states, not a territory we drive into after a storm. We hold a City of Springfield contractor licence, #FL001717373, alongside Oklahoma roofing registration #80007347 - both current, both checkable - and we run the same crews and the same limited lifetime workmanship warranty here that we do in Oklahoma.
Will you cover my insurance deductible?
No. We do not absorb, waive or rebate a deductible, and we would be careful with any contractor who offers to. The money has to come from somewhere, and it usually comes out of the scope of work you were promised.
Does the workmanship warranty apply in Missouri?
Yes. The limited lifetime workmanship warranty is the same document wherever we install the roof - Oklahoma or Missouri. The exclusions are published on our warranty page.
